Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 bussiness days of receipt. Typically products will take 5-8 bussiness days to arrive from the date of order, please check individual product pages for estimated timescales. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or for pre-order items.
We use third party couriers (Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL,etc.) for deliveries, so transit times are estimates and deliveries may occasionally take longer than expected. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee exact delivery dates on contracts as delays can occur outside of our control. Please contact us if your parcel is not received as expected so we can investigate.
For all orders, we will notify you via email when dispatched. Where possible, this email will include a tracked shipping number enabling you to track and trace your goods.
Sometimes, the carrier takes 3-5 business days to upgrade tracking information.

Shipping Charges

Currently, we offer free shipping for all orders in the UK, while shipping fees for other countries and regions can be found on the shipping information provided on the product or order submission page.

Changing Your Mind
If there are no issues with the quality of items ordered but you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a refund. You must contact us within 2 bussiness days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order to request a return and follow our instructions to ensure your return is managed correctly and goods reach us undamaged. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs were waived at the time of order shipment. We recommend your carrier provides "proof of delivery" as KAFAVA LTD cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect for any reason, KAFAVA LTD will provide a replacement or full refund - please contact us to arrange return of the goods.

Return Address

Return addresses vary depending on the distribution center each product was dispatched from, we will advise the correct address via email.
Please DO NOT return the exchanged goods directly to our office address, as the office address does not have a department or staff to receive returns. Otherwise, you may face rejection or loss of the shipment and bear the risk of associated losses.

Refunds

Returned items must be unused, in original unopened packaging with any accompanying documentation, and in a perfect resalable condition. Once received and checked against our terms and conditions, we will refund or exchange the goods after they reach us. Refunds may be minus initial shipping fees or charges for damage to items.
Please note: You remain fully responsible for goods until they reach us. Any damage or breakages will be charged for, so all goods must be packaged in exactly the same format as when dispatched to you. We will contact you on receipt to confirm we have received them, and your refund will be processed within 14 bussiness days.
